It's a day to let yourself be carried away by the rush of zooming through the Andes on bike! Our shuttle takes off from Cusco or The Sacred Valley and will carry us up to 4,461 m (14,635 ft.) of elevation to the famous Lares Pass, from where your MTB imagination and two wheels can do the rest. Lares is a wide Inca trail that gushes with flow. There are a couple of ways to do this one: 1) forget the brakes and let gravity do the work or 2) take it easy and enjoy the unreal scenery. Both are good options! This descent ends in the Town of Calca (2,950 m; 9,676 ft.)
After a hearty lunch, our shuttle brings us to the Lamay Pass (Community of Sapactto), at 4,310 m (14,140 ft.), from where we’ll ride an unforgettable singletrack that never fails to impress. Along the route, we’ll be able to appreciate many small communities where the locals reside and many small farms full of native crops and livestock. At the end, we’ll drop in to the Town of Lamay (2,960 m; 9,709 ft.) to catch our breath before heading back to Cusco.
All of our Full-Day Rides are operated in privately arranged tours to guarantee the best experience for riders.
